Returns

-We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

-Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

-Due to the unique nature of handmade products, slight variations in color, texture, or size are not considered defects and will not qualify for a return.

-To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@artsandclay.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

-Custom or personalized orders.

-Gift cards.

-Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

-Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

-If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

-We can exchange items if they arrive damaged or defective. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

-If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at Info@artsandclay.co.uk with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
